1992 - purchased Carbery Milk Products from Express Dairy’s, in conjunction with the other west Cork Co-ops.  It holds a 17% stake in this business.
1995  - entered the pork processing business with the setting up of Staunton Foods as a joint venture.  It now owns 100% of this business.
2011 - The Co-Op set up a Greenfield dairy farm on 300 acres of land on the outskirts of Bandon town, in conjunction with Teagasc and the other west Cork Co-op’s. Operating through Shinagh Estates, it owns 20% of this business.
