| The Co-op was founded in 1925. Major milestones in our recent development include: |

| 1989 we purchased a 42% stake in Clona Dairies liquid milk business. Bandon and Lisavaird Co-op’s are the other stakeholders. | |||||
| 1992 we purchased Carbery Milk Products from Express Dairy’s, in conjunction with the other west Cork Co-ops. We hold a 17% stake in this business. | |||||
| 1995 we entered the pork processing business with the setting up of Staunton Foods as a joint venture. We now own 100% of this business. | |||||
